Rustins Knotting is a shellac-based sealer which is designed to seal knots in timber to prevent the discolouration of the topcoat. This knotting is also suitable for sealing resinous and creosoted timber prior to painting.
 
Pro-Tip – Sandpaper surface smooth before applying liberally over knots and surrounding area.
